Are you, or a loved one, living with a mental illness and need help, hope or direction?

Overwhelmed by living with mental illness or seeing your loved one struggle with a mental health diagnosis?

Make progress in your life and refuse to allow a mental health diagnosis to define who you are and determine how much joy you can have in your life.

I offer state-certified Peer Recovery coaching, counseling and empathic listening to those living with mental health challenges.

I work with people, who have mental illness, or a combination of mental illness and substance use disorders.

I can also work with family members of those individuals to help them better understand how to help and relate to their loved one. I use my lived experience as a powerful tool that goes beyond mere textbook knowledge. I have real-life understanding of the struggles, fears and challenges that people face and a strong desire to see people live beyond their mental health diagnoses and flourish in their best lives so that they can reach that placed called Recovery.

Even if you’re not ready to consider making positive change, you might want to talk to someone who understands the struggle, and that it’s real. I’m here for you. Let’s talk.
